Grove City College Master Plan

GROVE CITY COLLEGE MASTER PLAN

Grove City College is a christian liberal arts institution located about an hour north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Unique in that it does not accept federal funding, the college's financial limitations are set by tuition revenue and private donation. Therefor, the master plan had to be inordinately strategic. The campus physical structure is reflective of classical higher education institutions and the master plan emphasizes alignment with the existing campus framework. Priorities of the plan were to renovate the sciences buildings, expand indoor recreation/intramural space and improve the mens dormitories.
