pima community college master plan
Pima Community College, like many of its peers, is facing a decrease in enrollment and a reduction in public funding. To help the college become more strategic in its course offerings at its different locations, we created over 50 regional analysis maps, several of which are included above. Ultimately, the campus master plan recommended realignment of academic programs to help increase efficiencies, and the renovation of existing facilities and construction of proposed buildings to help establish new centers of excellence.
